If you need to have your transcript, diploma or health records sent, please fill out the appropriate form and send it back to the School Counseling Office. Please note, all official transcripts must be sent directly to a college or employer. Prior students may not directly receive an official Mount Anthony Union High School transcript. If you need a copy of your High School Diploma, a $10 fee will be charged.
